Well, my asthma acted up and the only thing I added was whole wheat. I ate a couple of whole wheat crackers on Monday. Tuesday morning my nose was stuffy and I was wheezing alittle. I ate a couple of more whole wheat crackers on Wednesday---began wheezing more on Wednesday evening. Avoided the wheat on Thursday and Friday, my nose isn't stuffy and my wheezing isn't as bad.
So I guess, I have a wheat intolerance--which is probably why my asthma cleared up when I went on this WOE.
Well, I'm disappointed because I still have a box of whole wheat crackers left, but I'm happy I know what wheat does to me!
