Today I cheated for the first time since starting this WOE.
Lunch today was chicken salad, which was served with lots of veggies and fruit. I managed to stay away from the fruit and some veggies (sweet corn, carrots), but when I went to season my salad, they only had cockail dressing!! No olive oil, no nothing. Just that sauce. I can't eat unseasoned salad so I had some, about 4 or 5 tablespoons. And to make matters worse I couldnt resist a bit of beetroot
, but that was just about a a tablespoon (shreded).
I'm feeling really bad now, and I've been stalled since forever, I gained one pound after Induction, and been stalled ever since (I'm currently on the Nut Rung).
I can't even find the carb count on that sauce! I tried Fitday, but cannot find it. Maybe a different name? Here we call it cocktail sauce, its kind of orange in color (salmon color), and it is normally eaten with shrimp and other seafood.

I'm not sure about cocktail sauce, at the moment what does it matter how many carbs it was? That was history and you're starting from the point you left off.
