  • 2 months on OWL

    Well I have done 2 months on OWL and this month I lost 8 pounds. That brings me to a total of 32 pounds in 3 months.
    Here is the break down.
    2 weeks induction=12
    2 weeks extended induction=3
    1 month OWL=9
    2 months OWL=8
    Total= 32 pounds.

            Good for you now I hope you will become a pay it forward ADBBer and spread the word to any who might fear their weight loss will stop in OWL about the great results you got after moving to OWL.

                    I won't tell Wanna...but I will tell you a secret...just because you are climbing the rungs doesn't mean adding more calories...it means adding more carbs and dropping the fat down a bit.
