Okay, it is about time I stopped messing about and did OWL properly. I do use fitday and normally it tells me I'm eating about 13 carbs for induction. Adding more vegetables on would probably take me up to 18 carbs per day.
Would anyone be able to advise me on if that's too low for me to be eating for rung 1 of OWL or if that would be ok?
I've also been confused by Induction - we have a max of 20 carbs per day there. Does that 20 carbs include any extras we add like olives or lemon juice from the list of extras that Dr Atkins gave us? I've been puzzled about that for a year now so a clear answer would really help.
And if you had done an extended induction and then added nuts to your carbs, would you still have had to remain under 20 carbs for the day or would the nuts carbs have been in addition to the 20?
