I would just like to say that I was in rung one for a week, and lost 2lbs!!! I'm moving onto rung two (HELLO COTTAGE CHEESE MMMMMMMMMMM
) I've changed my evil scale ways and now only weigh myself once a week (Monday mornings). I'll keep you all posted as to my success. My mini goal is 170 (10lbs lost, 10lbs to go) and I just might hit it this week!
As far as size goes, I now fit in the tightest belt position I have, and it's not squeezing me! I am ecstatic!
