I think I already know the answer to this, but I need to hear it from someone else...

I really don't care for most of the 2 cup veggies...I'm really picky about my lettuce so I only eat salads occasionally. I like cucumbers, but I'm starting to get burnt out on them. I've tried most of the other 2 cup veggies that I've been able to find at the local grocery stores and don't particularly care for them.
However, I LOVE a good deal of the 1 cup veggies...
So here's my question...Would it be okay for me to eat only one cup from the 2 cup veggie list and eat 2 or more cups (depending on net carbs) from the one cup veggie list?
Something tells me the answer is no...I must eat at least 2 cups of veggies from the 2 cup list each day...I guess I'm just hoping I'm wrong. LOL
