I went to the GYM at work today and had my % body fat measured using an OMRON Body Fat Analyzer.

15.4% Body Fat, 27.5 pounds Fat Mass.

So, What does this tell me? What is a good goal?

it means you got 151 pounds of lean body tissue and you are at a very healthy for you weight. if you desire to be leaner you can keep losing or you can stop losing and be a maintenance man.
