I am on rung 4 nuts and seeds. I know the obvious crab legs and steak and such. ANyone else have a favorite. HURRY, I'm going in like 15 min!

My favorite thing there is the crab& lobster salad. Top with ranch or caesar dressing.

That salad is great, just make sure you get NO croutons!
I also like crab legs with drawn butter.... lobster tail with butter.... etc...
shrimp scampi should be okay, you'd have to check the ingredient list though!

Here's what I ate: It was soooooooo good...
I ate the lobster and shrimp ceasar salad and an order of crab legs with melted butter. I will def. do that again. OMG it was awesome! Thank you for your suggestions!

Whenever I am worried about eating at any restaurant chain I find their company website and look for nutrition info.
