Strangest thing. I've pretty much stuck to rung 4, mostly because I have no desire to add booze or beans right now
I was losing a nice steady 1 lb a week. BF brought home a huge bag of avocados a couple weeks ago and I started eating 1 a day, now I'm craving them and am losing 2 lbs a week!
Not sure what it is. I started tracking in fitday again after this started and I have noticed that my calories are a bit low, but I really think that they're probably higher than they were pre-avocado binge or at a similar level... Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining in the least! My current theory is that I was probably too low on cals and just didn't realize it. But I'm wondering if there isn't something majic about avocados
