    The reason that canned salsa's are more soupy as Megs described is because all canned salsa's have to be cooked. Fresh salsa that you're going to eat now doesn't.

      Ok one more question and it has nothing to do with salsa... Tonight I am making a corned beef brisket which is in the crockpot now and some mashed cauliflower with butter. On some of the brikets at the grocery store I had read say they contain some carbs per serving but the one I bought says 0 carb and 0 sugar but there's is no ingredients list on the package so what should I go by? Or can I even have this?

        Is there a brand name onthe package youbought> is it something other then just plain old meat?
