So here I lie...8lbs from goal and as I worked my way to premaintenance I totally skipped the grains rung as that was my addiction before I started. I'm still planning to avoid it as much as I can, but I have a question about bread...I know white bread is out...I don't even have a desire to have it anymore, however, whole wheat bread makes me gag! I was always a white bread or bust person, so I don't know what else is out there that's acceptable really lol
