I'm very metabolically resistant. I don't have any problem staying around 15 carbs a day - and have just finished induction.
What I'm wondering - has anyone moved up the ladder to add a few more foods, but kept their carb count low? So instead of adding 5 grams + the new foods every week; instead adding the new foods (like soft cheeses) but keeping the carb count low.
Is this stupid? Not recommended or recommended? I'm doing fine staying on induction - but would like just a bare few more things (cottage cheese, piece of fruit out of our garden (we have loads of fruit trees), etc.) but I'm not going to risk ANYTHING that is going to derail me.
Hunger and cravings are not a problem right now. Just don't want to get bored and was thinking of the possibilities.
Thanks for your feedback!
