    soluble fiber?

I found this cereal that is weight watchers. It's actually not horrible
The nutrition facts are as follows:

    17 Carb
    9 dietary fiber
    6 soluble fiber
    3 insoluble fiber
    1 sugar

Which count when counting net carbs?

    Thanks!
    Peace, Jess~

insoluble fiber + soluble fiber = total or dietary fiber.

      Re: soluble fiber?

As Megs said, the insoluble plus the soluble fibre add up to 9 grams of total fibre carbs which you need to deduct from the 17 total carbs which makes that serving work out to 8 net carbs.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
