I am shaing this within hopes it will stop anyone from cheating.
While at a motor cycle event over the weekend, I gave into temptation and ate a biscuit and some chicken that was breaded in flour. There was other goodies there but I opted for that thinking that because I wasnt a big bread eater, it wouldnt hurt too bad.
Boy was I wrong!! Dead wrong!!
3 days after eating it and 3 lbs gained, I am just miserable. I am cramping, bloated, constipated and flat out miserable. I have laid on the couch in a fetal posisition all day trying to rock the pain out of my tummy. It sure taught me a lesson the hard way, literally. It also kicked me out of ketosis!! GRRRRRR @ ME
I am feeling somewhat better tonight tho, but I restarted extended induction within in hopes of getting back to ketosis.
So if you are thinking about cheating, I would strongly reccomend you change your mind. It just aint worth it.
That saying just one bite wont hurt....BULL HONKY!! It hurts like a mickey feather!!
