  • What is your CCL ?

    I know everyone is different when it comes to CCL, but I was just curious as to what everyones is. I think mine is 35-40 grams of carbs.

      I too stayed around 50 when losing. Though recently i noticed i was still in ketosis (as far as the ketostix said anyway) at around 70g's. So there is a chance that now that i run regularily it's most likely higher. for maintainence I keep my carbs around 100 a day.

      Exercise is a big factor i think in both your ACE and CCLL

        I cant imagine ever getting to 100 carbs a day..tho I know before this WOE I was doing 200-300 per day easily.

          115g, was pleased to have a high number, but once I entered maintenance I found that I very rarely even come close to that number on any given day.

            Just finished my second week on rung 1 of OWL, so I am in the process of figuring that out. Where I think it will be is somewhere in the 40-60 net carb range based on what I lost during the first two weeks of induction. I could get as high as 90, since I workout 6 times per week. I am looking forward to gaining that knowledge while losing this fat!

                Mine is at least 70. I'm moving up to 80 and the starchy vegetables starting tomorrow. On a side note, if I hadn't thought to watch my calorie intake quite awhile ago, I might have thought it was only 40. But I discovered I can't lose weight at 40g carbs and 1800 calories (approx my BMR) yet I am still losing weight at 70g carbs and 1500 calories.

                          As far as BMR, mine shows so high in Fitday, I'm skeptical. I sit at a desk all day, well mostly, there's a lot of running around depending on how busy I am, but it's still not working on my feet. I'm concerned that my cals are too high at between 1500-1800. I do work out 3-5 week, usually 4 (strenuously).
