    Re: Skipping Rungs

I am so glad that Emma started this thread.

I have definitely decided to move on to rung 2. I am excited! Since I started this WOE on a Sunday and I only weigh once a week on that day, I am going to wait until then to add dairy.

I am trying to be very responsible this time around and do everthing correctly. I am going to read every single sticky on OWL between now and then to make sure I have all of it straight. On the first time, I never pushed myself to try things I thought I didn't like, so I was much more limited. Also, I didn't use something like Fitday - which I now understand is an important tool. I feel much more in control this time around.

Greek yogurt is also sometimes called 'strained yogurt' I read.
The make I buy is one lots of other OWLers get across the world - 'Fage Total Yogurt' - I get the fullfat plain variety.

      http://www.fage.gr/page/default.asp?id=413&la=2 : Greek website

I get it from an ordinary supermarket (Somerfield or Waitrose). You could probably contact the importer in your country and ask what supermarket chains they supply if you cant see it in your normal supermarket.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

And you know, if you want to spend the carbs, you CAN drink real milk. It's a healthy food.

Ive searched for this in the supermarket and nothing... darnit now i want chocolate milk!!!

Elizellen, have you found anything like this in our supermarkets here?

Yeah but lovely Emma, check it out. If you skip the dairy and fruit you can't make those awesome smoothies or icee's. Frozen berries, club soda, greek yogurt, splenda, blend.....sweet. Like a license to steal. haha!!

Same thing, make a chocolate smoothie....same way, unprocessed cocoa, ice, club soda, greek yogurt, or sour cream, whipping cream.

You just want to get to level 5, you're not kidding us!! haha!!!!! I'm right on your heels young lady!!!!

To the pub, to the pub! haha!
