Hello all, I've just come from induction and I'm ready for OWL and already I have a question. I have read here that it's ok to skip a rung if you don't like the foods on that particular rung but I am wondering if it would have a big negative effect if I were to skip the more vegetables rung? After two weeks of meat and veg I am just not up to even more veg

I think you have provided good sense a couple of times for me now when I have been tempted to slip off the straight and narrow. I will try some new veggies a few times this week and maybe try a different method of cooking thanks again
