    Hello all, I've just come from induction and I'm ready for OWL and already I have a question. I have read here that it's ok to skip a rung if you don't like the foods on that particular rung but I am wondering if it would have a big negative effect if I were to skip the more vegetables rung? After two weeks of meat and veg I am just not up to even more veg Thanks in advance.

    The veggie rung is usually the one that boosts your weightloss, how about you just add it in for one week? You could miss it if you really felt you had too but, its usually a good one to keep in.

      Thank you as always Emma, you have become my voice of reason almost my conscience I think you have provided good sense a couple of times for me now when I have been tempted to slip off the straight and narrow. I will try some new veggies a few times this week and maybe try a different method of cooking thanks again

        Awww you're welcome!

        Yeah try something different, dont just do plain veggies theyre boring!!

        My favourites are cauli-mash! just add a bit of cream, cream cheese and butter, yummy! and when i have steak i sautee onions and mushrooms!

        and cauli cheese done from linda's website is a good one too!!

        I hate salady stuffs, but theres always a way around it on this WOE!

            Also, you don't have to do it every day. 3-4 times per week would be fine.
