  • Newbie question... What is fitday?

I have seen several references already to fitday. Can someone explain to me what it is and if I need to do this (use this) I have learned so many new things already...I may be in system overload.

    www.fitday.com

log all your foods and it will check your calories and percentages for you, its also good for working out net carbs - by adding a fibre goal...

play around with it! theres also a place to log your exercise!

great site, you can also log your weight, and there's loads of different reports you can make.
I like that it shows if you have severe overweight, moderate overweight or a healthy weight because I know now that I was severely overweight and already made it to moderate
And you can add custom foods which comes in very handy.
Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
