I started Rung 2 Monday. It's really looking like I've got some major food sensitivity going to dairy. Headaches, water retention, sinus problems are symptoms I've been having. I'm going to try a couple of more things, but may have to give up on this rung.
Should I just go back to rung 1 for the rest of the time I was going to spend on rung 2?
I was thinking of trying the soy milk, but didn't know if that was this rung or the legume rung. I'm sure the answer is probably on here, but I didn't have time to check closer and hoped someone would know right off hand. I hate to buy it if I can't use it for a few more weeks.
I really like milk products and hate to think I can't have them without problems, but---at least I know how it affects me and can make an informed choice if I want to deal with the consequences.
