      Congrats on making that point! I think I have also made it to the overweight but haven't checked it lately.

              I'm 5'3" and I thought MY obese ended at 153lbs. ... maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing?

                and, umm okay - I just googled a bmi calculator and I'm joing in the celebration!!!

                I'm in the middle of the "overweight" category!! WOHOO!! I thought I was still obese!!

                      Feels great doesn't it? I too moved from obese to overweight and now I'm just 2 inches away from being in the "normal" range, though being normal isn't something that is usually associated with me! LOL

                        Congradulations Wendy! You have alot to celebrate. You will find something each month to celebrate. Things you maybe didn't notice before. Like tying your shoes is easier, your stamina is better, and those clothes you've always wanted to wear are fitting perfectly! I'm so happy about your ongoing success. Here's to you dear!

                            goal: 168-175 pounds then we will see if I need to lose any more.

                              Hiya, well done and you should be so proud of yourself, as all of us here at ADBB are, proud of you!!!!! there is nothing minor about any step you take on this LONG journey of self-improvement, that we are all on. So hold your head high and smile Coming out of the OBESE range is a goal that I hope to succeed at too, and I just cannot wait until I've made it to just plain "Overweight" Stand up and be counted you are a success ....not a failure.
