Feels great doesn't it? I too moved from obese to overweight and now I'm just 2 inches away from being in the "normal" range, though being normal isn't something that is usually associated with me! LOL

Hiya, well done and you should be so proud of yourself, as all of us here at ADBB are, proud of you!!!!! there is nothing minor about any step you take on this LONG journey of self-improvement, that we are all on. So hold your head high and smile
Coming out of the OBESE range is a goal that I hope to succeed at too, and I just cannot wait until I've made it to just plain "Overweight" Stand up and be counted you are a success ....not a failure.
