    Oh, Lordy, I've been there. Breaks my heart just thinking about it.

    Give yourself time to grieve, I know some don't understand how the loss of a pet effects/affects (?) some of us.

      so sorry about your pet. we have two cats and our pup and they add so much to oue lives. our pup is just over a year old but in that little bit of time, she has become so importnat to us. beautiful picture...i have a friend who lost her 15 year old shepherd. she had an artist friend do a charcoal drawing of him and it is framed and hanging in their home. your photo made me think of that....a beautiful tribute. hugs....
