I'm on rung 7, (skipped the booze) and by my calculations, I should be eating about 50 net carbs a day. I just can't seem to fit that much in though!
My 30 net carbs today(typical day) are from :
4.2 oz kale
3.5 oz cauliflower
5 oz asparagus
5 oz broccoli
1 oz hazelnuts
1 oz tahini
19 grams pineapple
3 oz port salut cheese
coffee and cream
all that went with 4 ounces of polish sausage and 5 ounces of chicken leg and some pork skins, as well as olive oil to cook in and sesame oil for flavoring. That's enough food! How do I up that to 50 grams????? Is anyone having this problem?

This is a WOL, we have to do for ourselves what we know is going to work for us in the long run so that we can maintain our weights and not go back to the harmful eating patterns we had before.
