I used to drink tea occassionally but stopped when I got sucked into a latte and diet rockstar addiction. When I started Atkins I was drinking 4 shot lattes, a triple diet rockstar and a diet pepsi every day. My taste buds had changed to much that I no longer drank tea since it lost all flavor. Now that I have dropped all of the above, I would like to drink teas occasionally. Now herbal teas don't have caffiene but my leaf chai, earl grey and green tea do have caffiene. I know that it is no where near that of expresso but since huge doses of caffiene slowed my loss I guess I'm just fraidy-cat. If I want to test it should I do the three time a week rule just like normal OWL foods?
