Mitzi, I'm glad you aren't so stressed out. I went on a run last night, first time in a very long time. 20 minutes HIgh Intensity intervals. It was brutal, but I did feel good afterward.

Doing fine with the food & H20 intake. Enjoying my treat of Greek yogurt with berries. Got on the scale today due to the end of the 6 WEC & imagine my surprise that I lost 4 # during the challenge. Not much but I'm happy with it. Measurements tomorrow.
It is what it is & we all have our own personal journey. Looking forward to the next year & all that it holds for me!
