  • Getting back on track

    I was sick last week into this week, so I am off track (I ate some no-no items, but neither gained nor lost) I checked last evening, and (obviously) am out of ketosis.

    Before getting sick, I completed my first week at Rung 1 (eating 25 carbs, exercising and losing 2 pounds) and was going to introduce pumpkin the week I got sick.

    What should be my next step? Go back to induction (20 carbs) until I'm in ketosis again then introduce the pumpkin?
