I know this has been asked a million times before, but every person's story is a bit different and I'm hoping for some specific advice.
I am currently on Day 2 of my third week of Induction and I'm really wanting to do this the right way this time. I've done Atkins in the past, and stayed on induction too long, which I really want to avoid. However, I still feel like my goal weight is a lifetime away and I really don't want to slow myself down too much.
Here is where I am... I started at 198 lbs and have dropped 8.5 lbs (189.5 currently). I'm planning to stay on Induction at least through the rest of the week and am hoping to hit a total loss of 10 lbs by the end of this week. My goal weight is 135 lbs which will be another 53 lbs from where I plan to be come Sunday. Is it okay to move to OWL or do I still have too much left to lose? I don't know how much weight people normally have left when they move on to the next phase and I wanted to be sure before I do anything.
Thanks for any help you can give me!
