I started on the nuts rung a couple of weeks ago. It was thrilling. A few almonds here. A few peanuts there. I was really good about my portion sizes. But my weight stayed put for almost two weeks. So, I'm thinking it was probably the nuts and cut them out. Within a few days, the scale finally moved.

, but alot of times it's because of portion control issues (that's my problem), one thing you can try is switching from salted to unsalted if you are eating the salted nuts. It could be water retention fromthe sodium.
