Re: Do nuts stall anyone else?

I only buy unsalted nuts nowadays as I can limit myself more easily with them than I can with the salted ones.

Though I did get some salted macadamia nuts which I have processed into nut butter to use in a recipe. Luckily eating peanut butter was never a favourite for me, so I havent even tasted the nut butter I made.

Actually I think I have a giant bag of salted peanuts in the pantry which i bought ages ago to make into peanut butter for my husband. I must find it and process that down too now i have remembered them to make sure I dont fall into temptation also it is fun to watch the nuts turn into butter!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Peanuts are definitely not a temptation for me, thank goodness. Our dd (who happens to be autistic) has a nutcracker that she likes to use to shell peanuts. Then she sets them on our windowsill and watches the squirrels eat them. So we always have unsalted peanuts in the shell around. Cheap entertainment.
