no i did my 18month old actually ripped out the pages of the owl and colored the rest of my book i must say though she did a beautiful job lol

You can have milk (the real stuff), any kind of cheese (cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, etc.), any milk product (yogurt, kefir, buttermilk, etc.) Just remember that you add it in 5 net carb amounts only and the products you use should be full fat.
How much whole milk has 5 carbs in it? (it' not on the power of 5 list) We drink raw milk and it doesn't have the "nutritional label" I haven't had straight milk for my dairy yet...but I think it's time
Umm, depends on the type of milk you are drinking... But if it's whole milk, than 5 carbs means a little under half a cup.
