I am really thrilled with my results - I had stalled in mid February but now everything is fine again.
I have only 4 lbs to go and my current situation is this.
I am "theoretically" on rung 4 (I cannot eat nuts or fruit cos of pips etc and I never eat them normally) so I have upped carbs with veggies and dairy.
I have been on OWL for 8 weeks now.
My net carbs average 30. (On induction I was never over 15). Is this amount about right or should they be higher ?
I really should avoid the alcohol rung :sadblinky I have had severe problems over the past 10 years with drinking and this diet has been a god send because it gave me the extra drive to finally give up.
