    hello all just wanted to share my success im vary happy with since ive started owl

    still in mod ketosis feb 18th still in ketosis
    2nd day of owl 25g carbs febuary 1st

    weight 258 1-weight258-247= 11lbs lost
    1-waist 45 inches 2-waist -42 1/2
    2-stomach 50 inches 3- stomach 46 3/4
    3-chest 48 3/4 inches 4- chest 47
    4-thigh 19 1/2 inches 5- thigh 18 1/2
    5-biceps 17 1/2 inches 6- biceps 16

    i still have 57 lbs to go
