Its kind of early but I like to have a plan always! My last day of induction is this Fri. I have done it squeaky clean! So far I have lost 10 lbs. I cant decide if I should move to OWL or stay in induction another week or so. I plan on walking for 45 min 3-4 times per week. I know some people do better in OWL but I am so scared to add on the carbs and not loose or gain. TIA
