Hi there everyone!
As you will be able to tell from previous threads,i was confused regarding the Rungs,especially moving onto Rung 2!
Is it ok to do 25g Carbs,5g Rung 1 for 4 days per week then other 3 days do 30g Carbs,5g Rung 2.
I can only do Dairy for 3 days per week,what is my carb count for the other 4 days?
I hope i can master this because i have been doing this plan by the letter.
