  • Will this be ok?

    Hi there everyone!
    As you will be able to tell from previous threads,i was confused regarding the Rungs,especially moving onto Rung 2!
    Is it ok to do 25g Carbs,5g Rung 1 for 4 days per week then other 3 days do 30g Carbs,5g Rung 2.

    I can only do Dairy for 3 days per week,what is my carb count for the other 4 days?

    I hope i can master this because i have been doing this plan by the letter.

    That's okay, but if you stall, you will have to figure out what stalls you -- the new food you introduced or the higher carbs. The book says "Increase your daily carb intake by no more than 5 grams each week." So if, on average, you increase it by a little more than 2 g (which is what gives if you eat 30 carbs 3x a week and 25 g 4x a week), you are still in the 5 g range.

      Thanks Georgiana! You must think i am such a pain lol. It does take me a while to figure things out, sometimes i think things are more complicated than they are.
      I have to say you are such a great help on this board,glad you are here, and you are so patient lol.
