I've been wondering if I could put it in the freezer and turn it into frozen yogurt since it is so thin...

I found some of the diabetic yogurt as well. For what it's worth it didn't stall me and tasted ok... I eat the vanilla with a couple of strawberries cut up on it. I only have it about once a week though...
