Proper quiche with crust! Recipe here!

    Hi all!

I have a brocolli quiche in the oven which amalgamates the two recipe's below and it smells delicious! (ive posted pic below!)

The only modification I made was to take out the cinammon from the crust so it isnt sweet and I used Gruyere cheese which has minimal carbs!

For best results cook the pie first for 20mins then add the quiche mixture and bake on gas mark 150 c for a further 40 mins!

    Enjoy!

yes Liv and it is absolutely delicious! thoroughly recommended!

in the end i cooked it a bit longer than 40 mins and took it out when the top was starting to brown ie around 50mins.

Me too - when I see 'normal' quiches at functions I think to myself "not much filling in that" and much prefer my crustless ones
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

          Do quiches have a crust???

I actually never had one with crust. My first quiche was a "crustless" one.
