Hi ya'all:
I started OWL rung 1, last week Monday and thought I was doing great when I lost 3 lbs that week. Well this week its been a mess. I extended OWL rung 1 this week as well.
I thought I was being good and all - swimming laps 5 times a week, drinking water, weighing my cheese and eating approx 23 net carbs/day some times a little bit less but never more and here I am going the opposite direction.
Please help - what should I do?
Should I go back to 20 net carbs or should I go up to rung 2?
Did I mess up by extending this week on rung 1?
Also can we eat less carbs than the amount we are supposed to per rung or do we absolutely have to eat the amt of carbs on a rung?
I have got to turn this baby around!
