    Just got to the end of week three, I was planning to do extended induction but then changed my mind and decided I needed more veg. So, at the end of week one of OWL rung 1 and I weigh in at 96kg, that's a 1 kg (2.2lb) loss. Quite happy with this, now I know that I enjoy this WOE I am happy to loose at this rate. If it continues I will reach my target weight in less than 18 weeks. I am looking forward to nuts an berries!

    Well done for moving onto OWL and proving that weightlosses do not stop after induction
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
