Since you have so little to go you could do your OWL as premaintneance if your rate of loss keeps being 2 pounds a week and make your adddtions 10 net grams insead of 5

Yeah I am going to have to sit down and figure that all out. I know I will skip the nut and alcohol rung. Nuts and I have a love hate relationship. I love them and will nibble on them all day if I am allowed. I am a peanut butter addict too so I need to stay off those things. I don't drink so the alcohol rung does nothing for me.

We built our house last year and when we put our yard in we planted Blueberries, Blackberries, Rasberries, Peaches, Apples, Pears and Cherries. I am hoping this summer/fall to have a bumper crop of berries and in a year or so some major fruit from my trees so I want to get to a point I can eat fruits yummy.

Another way to 'use' nuts without falling into the nibbling/overeating trap is to use ground nuts in recipes to make cheesecake crusts or bread or cookies.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
