Hi for the last couple of days I really couldnt face any meat. Not sure why, so basically eaten eggs. Although today I had chicken. BUT...... I have over eaten on my veg. As you are aware, Im supposed to have 2 salad and one cup of other veg, plus my extra 5 carbs of lveg.
If someone could have a quick look at my fit day and let me know how much damage I have done, that would be great.
