    when you add the coconut fat is that when you couldn't stomach proteins any more? that could be why you are not feeling like stomaching proteins other then eggs as it is a new to you "food". If you remove it your should feel better and able to eat your proteins better.

    If nobody told you you can add rung one twice so you have more of those healthy veggies in your eating plan before you move up to the fresh dairy rung.

      Hi I dont think it was the coconut oil as today I felt like chicke and had more oil today. I think I must just been feeling under the weather.

        Sandra, I looked at your journal and I wanted to know why you take in so much coconut oil? Are you a vegetarian? Is there a medical use for it? I never heard of it until this board and just wondering?

          Hi organic virgin coconut oil tastes lovely and can be used to replace any other oil in cooking. It also has other health benefits other oils dont have. You can research it. I have spoken to doctors and others who believe in it. But obiously you need to make your own mind up. But if you like coconut you will like the taste. Its advised to have 3T per day.

              Just a word of caution on adding coconut oil - some peopel have gastric problems if they add a large-ish amount at once. So maybe start with one teaspoonsworth and see how it affects you for a few days then add more if you watn as the weeks go on.

                if you cook with coconut you need to keep the heat low if your cocnut is natural and not processed like you do for Olive oils.
