    I hear you on that scale weight nuimber thing. I was so focused on getting smaller numbers when my doc said I could stop losing weight now ( I was 178 pounds) I was pissed at him . why work so hard to stop still overweight. I wanted that 161 pounds that would make ne mot overweight according to the height weight charts and the BMI.

    I failed to realize I had added lots of pounds of lean body mass eating my atkins portiens and doing the required workout and I was at a very healthy body fat% at that point 18% even with that huge scale number.

    Check your body fat and see where you are and if you aren't at a very healthy body fat% from eating your atkins and doing that required exercise part too.

    move to OWL and see how you do with the added veggies and then you can enjoy those coconuts
