After boot camp I had a crazy week where I ate some squash and macadamias. I gained back 5 pounds but it was also TOM time.
Then I cut out the nuts and just did a couple of weeks adding a spaghetti squash serving every couple of days.
Then I did the dairly level but the only food that interested me on that level was yogurt. I added one of the carb control kind - 3 grams.
And now I have added back nuts and consider myself on rung 3 because that really interests me. But I keep it to a couple of tablespoons full, maybe every 3 days and I don't have to have it. The other rungs just don't interest me and I plan to stay where I'm at, possibly for life.
Am I weird? I don't miss fruit. I never want to eat it again.
I don't want to deal with things that spike my blood.
The last time I was at the doctors I found out that I lost the 5 pounds again. So thats good. I suspect I'm probably still at that 183 but my clothing is fitting looser and I'm not remotely worried that I won't lose the weight.
I'm very happy with what I'm currently eating, I'm not bored, and enjoying myself.
