if I'm not hungry then I don't eat unless it is 6 hrs and I need that small snack of protein/fat and carbs Dr Atkins requires of us.

If I'm hungry then I need to know what my wants are with that hunger cause if I want crunch and have something soft like egs then I'm not happy. I love spicey and I love soups so i have frozen soups I've fixed and I just nuke them and consume with cheese chips if I need a crunch.

I must say, I adore cheese. I don't take full advantage of where I am. I live in Holland on a pedestrian only shopping type street. Right downstairs there is a cheese shop. The kind of shop with the huge wheels of cheese and they will cut open anything to give me a small amount. Decadent.

Of course, there is also a chocolate shop and a bakery, but we won't discuss those because the cheese man is so awesome!
        149.8/no weigh/ 119

        1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
what the rungs mean to me:
        rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
        rung 4 - berries, melon
        rung 5 - wine -
        rung 6 - beans, hummus
        rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
        Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
        (on to pre-maintenance)

When I was putting ON most of my weight I had a sweets shop downstairs which really did not help me control my already high weight
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
