      Well ... everyday of the week ends in a "y".

      Sometimes there is no "reason" for why we bloat.

      So I came up with the idea that it happens because the day of the week ends in a "y".

            I cant thank you enough for listening to my nonsense! I will read again, and tomorrow is a new day! Time to pull out my food scale again like i did in the first week!

              Why don't you know?

              You need to count up the total carbs of your vegetables, then subtract the total fiber from those same vegetables ... then you'll know the net carbs of your vegetables.

                  Humor ok! Thanks for the laugh! I figured as much!
                  New foods this week, I had some spinach, tried some water chestnuts, and also scheshwan spice sauce! (0 carb) Also I was trying pork rinds for crunchy snacks...didn't like them...but maybe all these I should cut for now.

                    A better solution would be to keep moving forward and learn and understand.

                        I doubt it's really 0 carbs. What's the list of ingredients.

                        Also ... you should only add one new food at a time ... it makes it easier to eliminate a suspected culprit.

                          Days ending with Y - those are the worst

                          I think you are doing good. We all have those days for reasons - who knows. Just keep going it will even out.
                          Just watch serving size - when something says two carbs - how big is the serving they are listing.

                            ut oh could be the dreaded carb creep if you are not measuring your veggies.

                            just keep taking notes about how you feel before during and after you eat and see if it is a food causing your bloat or a new supplement or even a virus going round.

                            My sister discovered she was allergic to spinach cause every wednesday where she worked served a fresh spinach salad and she was having that yummy salad with pecans chicken and cranberries with somekind of vinegar dressing. and every wednesday night and thursday morning she was feeling bloated and nausous. she went on s business trip missed the sald for 2 weeks and had an ah ha moment so she tested spinach by itself and sure enough she was feeling bad again.

                              those could be your bloat food they are notorius ofr causing bloating and gas issues

                                Alright! So i introduced a couple of new foods in just 3 days. I will cut them and move foward with fresh foods and once per week ad a new one. And yes back to measuring veggies!
