Hi everyone!
I'm 4 days into OWL Rung 1 after doing just two weeks of induction. The first week of induction I lost about 7.5 pounds. The second week of induction (TOM), I gained 1.5 pounds and a week (the third week) later I still haven't lost that pound I gained or any more weight. My clothes don't feel any looser either. So, I've gone two weeks with a gain of 1.5 pounds.
I thought moving on to OWL might restart the weightloss, but so far I've had no such luck. It seems to early to already have a stall. I've also had problems with constipation (I have IBS constipation) and take flax everyday and drink at least 16 cups of water a day.
I'd appreciate any advice!
