Well, today I had to change my plans due to the weather. I moved to rung 5 today. My wife says the Gin Blossoms are playing downtown for a free show. So, heres what I did today.
Breakfast- 4oz ground pork with sage, Black Pepper, salt, and paprika 3 extra large eggs(I usually put some onion and tomato in it,but I was already eating it when I noticed they werent there.)
Lunch- sliced turkey, 1 avacado, and a dill pickle wedge.
Dinner-(I plan on) one large chicken breast, sliced up, in a lettuce wrapp with onions tomato, mayo, and swiss cheese.
Before the concert, 2 low carb beers.
