    New to OWL

Having made the decision to move on to OWL I am probably going to take this next phase very slowly. I'm a small adult and need to lose around 35 pounds to get to my personal goal weight which is bigger than a lot of those other weight-loss programs say I should be but around 112 is a weight I can live with - not having been anything like it for over twenty years!

Looking forward to getting to know you all during the next months.
